The majority of theatres have chosen to suspend performances on Monday 19 September as a mark of respect on the date of Her Majesty the Queen's funeral. If you were impacted by these cancelations you should already have been contacted.

If you have a live booking and it is within the next 5 days, you can call our Customer Service Line on 03330090997.
Please, only call us if your booking is within the next 5 days and please have your LTD reference number to hand. Please note any bookings within 48 hours cannot be exchanged, amended or cancelled. For all other live bookings or for general queries please fill out our form below. You can at any time contact us by using the form below choosing “Existing booking for a show within the next 5 days” and we will endeavour to respond as soon as we can.
COVID - If you are unable to attend a show because a member of your party has tested positive on a PCR test you can claim a refund if you have purchased booking protection (please follow the instructions on how to make a claim), otherwise we may be able to exchange your tickets for another performance, but we cannot guarantee this. We cannot exchange tickets within 48 hours of your performance. Please always be specific on dates you want to exchange your booking to so we can respond effectively.
If you are looking for details of the theatre’s safety information for the show you have booked for please check the event page on our website and our FAQs. Our FAQ will also detail how to redeem a voucher. For general information about what’s on or information about the show itself, please see our website pages, do not contact us. This will allow us to help those requiring urgent assistance.
For any cancelled performances, we will endeavour to contact you by email and SMS as soon as we have information from the production. You do not need to contact us until we have contacted you.
If you have lost your confirmation or are not sure if you have received your tickets, please check your email and junk mail before contacting us. Please ensure, when you enquire, you tell us the name and email used when booking your tickets along with the show and date to help us locate it.
If your performance is less than 48 hours away, sadly it will be too late to request any edits to your booking (including refunds or exchanges) and so your request may not be responded to.
